Spray Polyurethane Foam
Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is the primary product applied by SEAL Sprayed Solutions Ltd. It is a combination of a two part manufacturing process carried out using state of the art proportioning units housed in mobile plants. It is used primarily in the waterproofing and insulation of buildings and various other structures and equipment.
This is done by the application of various densities and thickness of SPF to suit our clients’ needs. Our SPF system has been used locally and regionally for residential, commercial, industrial and decorative purposes, including silo insulation for grain feed, cold-room and spa insulation, sound insulation on air conditioning ducting, and for model projects.

Liquid Rubber
"LIQUID RUBBER", our other product, is a highly modified asphalt emulsion which is a cold applied liquid membrane that forms a strong bond to most construction surfaces. Seal Sprayed Solutions Ltd. is the sole licensed Contractors/Distributors of "LIQUID RUBBER" Membrane Systems in Jamaica.
SPF and LIQUID RUBBER are safe, environment friendly alternatives to conventional hot applied membrane systems or other solvent based systems. Both SPF and LIQUID RUBBER are spray applied to create a monolithic and impermeable membrane which is seamless and fully bonded to its substrate. Additionally, they do not require joint details, mechanical or chemical fastening techniques that generally become the source of failure associated with other similar applications.
