Seal Sprayed Solutions Ltd., is a private limited liability corporation involved in the water-proofing and insulation of buildings, various structures, and equipment. Formed officially in December of 2002, Seal Sprayed Solutions went into full production by January of 2003 with one mobile plant and five full-time employees.
   By April of 2005, we had expanded to three mobile plants, 18 full-time employees, and several more on a temporary basis including preparation crews and warranty crews. To date, we have applied Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) to over 2,000,000 square feet.

SEAL is considered the leading SPF contractor operating in Jamaica, and is also the oldest with one of our founding Directors being in the field for over six (6) years. The company has been recognised by the Jamaica Manufacturers Association (JMA) as

Best New Manufacturer 2005 & 2006.

In late 2006 Seal Sprayed Solutions (T&T) Ltd. was formed and currently we have undertaken projects in both Trinidad and Grenada.

  For the most part, the company has targeted both the commercial sector and the private householder to benefit from this innovative technology mostly through roof applications, however it has been used locally for silo insulation for grain feed, sound insulation on air conditioning ducting and decorative purposes for model projects.

Beyond SPF we are the sole licensed Contractors/Distributors for “LIQUID RUBBER” Membrane Systems in Jamaica & Trinidad.

“Liquid Rubber” is a highly modified asphalt emulsion and is a cold applied liquid membrane that forms a strong bond to most construction materials.
