About Us

Seal Sprayed Solutions Limited is a private, limited liability corporation involved in the water-proofing and insulation of buildings, various structures, and equipment. Seal Sprayed Solutions was formed in December of 2002 and went into full operation by January of 2003, with one mobile plant and five full-time employees.

By April 2005, the company had expanded to three mobile plants, 18 full-time employees and several temporary staff, including preparation crews and warranty crews. To date, we have applied Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) to over 4,000,000 square feet of surfaces across the Caribbean.

Seal Sprayed Solutions is the oldest and leading SPF contractor operating in Jamaica, with at least one of our Directors being in the field for over nine (9) years. We are also the sole licensed Contractor/Distributor for LIQUID RUBBER Membrane Systems in Jamaica & Trinidad. The company has been recognised by the Jamaica Manufacturers Association (JMA) as Best New Manufacturer for 2005 & 2006.

Other countries

In late 2006, Seal Sprayed Solutions opened up operations in Trinidad (Seal Sprayed Solutions (T&T) Ltd.) and has since undertaken projects both in Trinidad and Grenada.

Memberships and Awards

Seal Sprayed Solutions is currently a member of the Jamaica Manufacturers Association and of the Incorporated Master Builders Association of Jamaica. The company has also been recognised by the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) in May 2004 when it received the Small Business Award for that year, and by the Jamaica Manufacturers Association (JMA) as the Eddie Hall Awardee for Best New Manufacturer for 2005 & 2006. Seal Sprayed Solutions was also the JMA's Product Group Award winner for 2006. In 2011, Seal Sprayed Solutions was selected as the winner of the NCB 2010 Nation Builder Innovation Award.

Our customers

For the most part, the company has targeted both the commercial sector and the private householder to benefit from this innovative technology, mostly through roof applications; however, SPF has also been used both locally and overseas for silo insulation for grain feed, sound insulation on air conditioning ducting and decorative purposes for model projects.
